1. Prep for Success
   Before applying your strips, brush your teeth 30 minutes in advance—not immediately before. This gives your enamel time to stabilize and allows the formula to adhere more effectively. Pro Tip: Dry your teeth gently with a tissue or soft cloth before application. A dry surface ensures better strip adhesion and contact with the enamel.
2. Apply with Precision
   Open the foil pouch and carefully remove both strips. The longer one is for the upper teeth; the shorter one is for the lower. Apply the strip to the center of your teeth and press it down gently, folding the excess behind your teeth to secure it in place.
