How can I book an appointment?
You can easily book your appointment online. Visit our website and choose between Dental Hygiene, Bleaching and Oral Health Checkup.
How can I pay for my treatment?
Our Studios are cashless. This means that you can only pay with a card, Twint or Apple Pay.
If I have a pre-existing condition, can I still come to the Studio?
If you have a pre-existing condition, it is best to come in for an Oral Health Checkup first, where we can scan your mouth and suggest your ideal treatment plan.
If you suspect periodontitis or another dental problem, X-rays can be taken at one of our partner dental practices. These will then be analysed by our specialist staff and dental hygiene can be carried out to suit your conditions. During our dental hygiene, we offer a thorough tongue cleaning as well as deep scaling, which also involves cleaning the gum pockets.
Depending on your previous illness, a written confirmation from your treating doctor may also be necessary.
Do you work with dentists?
We work purely preventively, so treatments are carried out exclusively by dental hygienists and dental professionals. If a dental problem is suspected, we will refer you to a dentist if you wish.
The dentist will be able to make a diagnosis based on our recorded findings and, if dental procedures are necessary, discuss the next steps with you.
Are your services recognised by the insurance company?
After your treatment, you will receive an insurance receipt for billing your health insurance company. It is best to clarify directly with your insurance company whether and to what extent your insurance company will cover the costs of the treatment.
How strong is the whitening effect and how long does it last?
If you start with a lighter shade or have recently whitened, you can expect excellent results. However, if you start with a lower shade than A2, you may need to schedule two teeth whitening sessions in Zurich Oerlikon about three months apart to achieve the desired level of white teeth.
Keeping your teeth white means maintaining a dental care routine. With the right lifestyle and excellent dental hygiene, you can maintain your brilliant whiteness for up to 18 months! With a routine such as regular brushing with a whitening toothpaste or regular use of whitening strips, you can prevent discolouration for even longer. For an extra brightness boost, Charcoal Powder is another great way to preserve tooth colour. If you're not sure, contact our expert staff at the ALPINE WHITE Studio Zurich Oerlikon.
What do I have to keep in mind for in-office bleaching and how can I optimise the result?
During a bleaching session, your teeth are whitened and discolouration is removed. We want you to be happy with your teeth whitening and understand what you can expect from your visit to the Studio in Zurich city.
Teeth whitening in Zurich Oerlikon and all our other studios use a safe, peroxide-free method to whiten your smile in no time. Get gleaming white teeth without compromising on dental health and hygiene!
Before the bleaching
To ensure successful bleaching in Zurich Oerlikon, please refrain from eating discolouring foods for up to two hours before your appointment. It is also essential that you take the time to fill out our health questionnaire so that we can optimally tailor your bleaching treatment to you.
Ensure the best possible results with a combination package! The professional teeth cleaning included in the combination package removes tartar, plaque and biofilm from the surface of your teeth for optimal whitening results. If you book the combination package, you can save 30 Swiss francs.
During bleaching
Our gentle bleaching gel without peroxides allows you to whiten your teeth painlessly in Zurich Oerlikon. The innovative gel gently penetrates the enamel, targets discoloured pigments and lightens them in just four 15-minute rounds - perfect for anyone who wants to achieve a radiant smile and whiten teeth with minimal effort!
Do you have veneers, fillings or other dental restorations? Then professional teeth whitening will only bring them back to their original colour. In this case, it is best to book dental hygiene and treat the teeth at home with Charcoal Powder, which also restores the original tooth colour.
After the treatment
We advise you not to consume any dark-pigmented foods, drinks or mouthwashes and not to smoke cigarettes for the next few days in order to achieve an optimal result.
Long-term result
You can continue to whiten your teeth at home. The rule is: healthy teeth are white teeth. Make sure you take good care of your teeth and maintain good oral hygiene. Apply our whitening strips for seven days for 1 hour each, which you will receive free of charge with your whitening treatment in Zurich Oerlikon. In addition, you can incorporate one of our whitening toothpaste into your daily routine to further enhance the whitening effect.
What is the difference between an ALPINE WHITE bleaching and a dentist bleaching?
Power bleaching is a standard procedure in dentistry, but the powerful peroxides can lead to some serious side effects, including enamel erosion and severe pain that affects not only the teeth but also their roots. This extreme sensitivity puts many people off power whitening treatments.
In-office bleaching at Zurich Oerlikon Studio, on the other hand, is a far more pleasant experience. ALPINE WHITE In-Office Bleaching Gel is based on our bleaching formulation, which has been fine-tuned for professional use. The gel causes no pain and is not harmful to your dental health.
The reason why ALPINE WHITE bleaching is a more pleasant experience is that the bleaching gel in Studio Zurich Oerlikon does not use peroxides such as hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide. The whitening process is painless. Neither tooth enamel nor gums are damaged. In contrast to bleaching in the dentist's office, the whitening agent is not activated with light and is therefore more pleasant to perform.
Info: We do not offer bleaching with dental trays, but specialise in in-office bleaching.
What is the difference between in-office bleaching and home bleaching?
To get white teeth, you can choose between two bleaching methods. On the one hand, we offer you in-office bleaching and on the other hand home bleaching.
In-office bleaching is fast and effective and is carried out on-site, for example at our Studio in Zurich Oerlikon. However, we have other studios throughout Switzerland.
Home bleaching, on the other hand, is a method that can be used at home. ALPINE WHITE offers you various products for home bleaching.
If you want a brighter smile in a short time, in-office bleaching is the perfect solution. With bleaching in Zurich Oerlikon, you can achieve faster results under professional supervision. However, at-home bleaching is more convenient and affordable when it comes to combating tooth discolouration. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide which method best suits your budget and lifestyle!
Why do our teeth become discoloured?
Tooth discolouration is a common problem that can be caused by both lifestyle and dietary habits, especially stimulants. Certain drinks, foods, smoking and even the ageing process can discolour teeth over time. In addition to these external factors, diseases or injuries in the oral cavity can also contribute to teeth that are no longer quite as radiant.
How much does bleaching cost in Zurich Oerlikon?
At our Studio, you benefit from fair prices. Bleaching in the ALPINE WHITE Studio in Zurich Oerlikon and all other studios costs CHF 300. There are no additional costs.
How can I book an appointment and how do I find the Studio in Oerlikon?
You can easily book your appointment online. Visit our website and choose between Dental Hygiene, Bleaching and Oral Health Checkup. Our Studio Zurich Oerlikon is located close to Oerlikon train station. And you can also find the Studio easily with Google Maps.
What are the requirements for dental hygiene?
Dental hygiene is generally possible and recommended for everyone.
If you are unsure whether you should have your teeth professionally cleaned due to a pre-existing condition, then book an Oral Health Checkup. Our dental specialists such as a dental hygienist in the ALPINE WHITE Studio Oerlikon will scan your oral cavity and can help you directly.
Can dental hygiene be performed on dental restorations and the like?
Dental hygiene is also possible if you have veneers, braces, aligners or other dental prostheses. It is even recommended that you have your teeth professionally cleaned at least once a year to maintain the health of your teeth and gums.
It's important to have regular check-ups to make sure your dentures and implants stay in good condition and don't get damaged or detached. The dental hygienist at Studio Zurich Oerlikon can also provide additional recommendations for cleaning and caring for your dentures.
What is done during dental hygiene?
Experienced dental professionals such as dental hygienists check your oral health. After the assessment, the individual oral hygiene programme follows. Gentle AIRFLOW technology is used to remove microbial plaque from the surface of the teeth and clean interdental spaces. With the Piezon-no-pain method, tartar and stubborn discolouration don't stand a chance. Finally, your teeth are treated with fluoride varnish to delay the formation of plaque and caries.
Why is regular professional dental cleaning important?
Regular check-ups and dental hygiene are essential to maintain healthy teeth and gums. If you don't clean your teeth regularly, bacteria can build up on your teeth and plaque can form. Over time, this plaque can lead to tooth decay by attacking the enamel and causing cavities in the teeth. If plaque remains on the teeth, it also hardens over time into yellow tartar, which can also only be removed by dental hygiene.
Regular dental hygiene is also essential for healthy gums. The bacteria in plaque can also affect the gums and cause gingivitis. If left untreated, these inflammations can lead to bleeding gums, receding gums and even tooth loss or periodontal disease.
In addition to dental hygiene, regular at-home teeth cleaning with ALPINE WHITE products help keep your teeth healthy. Brushing and flossing remove plaque and bacteria, keeping your teeth and gums healthy.
Does dental hygiene help with bad breath?
Dental hygiene can also help relieve bad breath. This is because bad breath is often caused by the bacterial decomposition of food debris in the oral cavity. If this food debris is not removed, it can lead to a build-up of bacteria that produce sulphur compounds, causing bad breath. Dental hygiene thoroughly removes hidden food debris.
Other tips to prevent bad breath: Regular dental hygiene, flossing and professional dental cleanings can remove food debris and bacteria, reducing bad breath. Cleaning the tongue can also help, as bacteria that cause bad breath can also build up here.
Can I have a bleaching treatment right after the dental prophylaxis?
Yes, it is even advisable to have dental hygiene carried out before teeth whitening. For this, we have our combination package. This way you get optimal dental health and beautiful teeth. We also offer home bleaching products.
Do you also do orthodontics or root canal treatments?
No, we do not do orthodontics or root canals. Our focus is on aesthetic dentistry. However, we can refer you to a dentist at a dental practice if you wish.
How can I book an appointment and how much does the dental treatment cost?
You can easily book your appointment online. Visit our website and choose between Dental Hygiene, Bleaching and Oral Health Checkup. Our ALPINE WHITE Studio Zurich Oerlikon is located close to the Oerlikon train station. You can also find the Studio easily with Google Maps. At our Studio, you benefit from fair prices. Dental hygiene costs CHF 150. Sign up for the newsletter and learn about special offers for dental hygiene with us.
What does the Oral Health Checkup procedure look like?
First, a visual inspection of your face is carried out, in which the jaw and neck area is palpated. Then your oral mucosa, tongue and throat are examined. By means of various measurements, we check the gums, the jawbone and carry out a caries check. Finally, we take a look at the position of your teeth, because misalignments can promote caries and inflammation in the oral cavity.
However, no X-rays are taken because we work with innovative light technology. Caries can be detected without exposing you to radiation.
What should I look out for after the dental check-up?
Our dental staff will point out all the important points to you. However, remember to brush your teeth, interdental spaces and tongue regularly and to visit us at the Studio Zurich Oerlikon at least once a year for a dental hygiene check-up.
If there is any suspicion of caries, we will provide you with your records digitally and refer you to a dentist we trust if you wish. Good dental hygiene is also important for healthy teeth.
Why is a regular dental check-up important?
If you feel unsure about your dental health, you should come in for a check-up. We can check your oral health and help you accordingly. In dentistry, an annual dental check-up is recommended to prevent tooth damage and toothache. You should also arrange for a professional dental cleaning, which you can also have at our Studio in Zurich Oerlikon.
Our aim is to detect changes in the oral cavity, potential gum disease, periodontitis or signs of caries at an early stage. We will support you with advice to prevent this and maintain optimal oral hygiene so that you feel good every day.
What is the difference between an Oral Health Checkup in the Zurich Oerlikon Studio and a dental treatment?
Visiting us at the Zurich Studio in Oerlikon will not remind you of a visit to a dentist's office. Our Studios are modern and stylish and you can book your appointment conveniently online.
Do you work with dentists?

What is dental jewellery?
Dental jewellery is applied as part of aesthetic dentistry and consists of small gemstones, such as crystal glass. The stones are attached to the surface of the teeth with special glue. With tooth jewellery, you can give your smile an extra sparkle. You can choose between one or more gemstones.
Tooth jewellery can also be applied to veneers, implants and fillings. However, it depends on the type of veneers or implantology and the tooth jewellery. But not with fixed braces. It's best to get advice from our dental experts beforehand.
What is the treatment procedure for tooth jewellery and what do I have to look out for afterwards?
Book an appointment for the Studio Zurich Oerlikon via our website.
You can choose whether you would like to have the tooth jewellery applied during a single treatment or during a dental hygiene.
As soon as the treatment starts at our Studio Zurich Oerlikon, your tooth surface will be cleaned with gentle AIRFLOW. Then your enamel is prepared with our special adhesive so that the jewellery lasts for a long time and no discolouring stains form. It is important to know that our glue is especially tooth-friendly and long-lasting. So you can keep your sparkling and radiant smile healthy and long-lasting.
The selected gemstones are glued on with the tooth-friendly special adhesive and cured with light. The application is done without damaging the tooth structure. It takes about 15 minutes per tartar.
As soon as the treatment is over, you can enjoy your new, radiant smile with dental jewellery.
How long does the dental jewellery last and how do I remove it?
The durability of dental jewellery varies. It can fall off after 6 months or last for several years. For example, in the case of an incorrect bite, the jewellery can be torn off. However, at ALPINE WHITE we give you a guarantee if the jewellery falls off within the first 2 months.
You don't want the jewellery anymore? Then you can simply remove it. You don't have to go to a dentist's office. Just come to our Studio for a dental cleaning and our dental experts can easily remove the jewellery. Thanks to professional teeth cleaning, all adhesive residue is gently removed and the tooth surface becomes sparkling clean thanks to airflow and fluoridation.
Is dental jewellery harmful to the teeth?
No, the jewellery is not harmful to the teeth. The bonding agent ensures that the jewellery sticks to your teeth for as long as possible without damaging them. Our professionals are trained to apply the jewellery so that it does not pose a risk to the surface of your teeth or gums.
Can I go to a dental treatment with my tooth jewellery?
Yes, you can wear your jewellery to a dental treatment such as a professional teeth cleaning at the ALPINE WHITE Studio.
It is very important that you take good care of your teeth. However, the tooth under the jewellery cannot be cleaned during a professional dental cleaning.
A professional dental cleaning at our Studio Oerlikon enables you to keep your teeth healthy and protects you from tooth decay. In this way, you can ensure healthy teeth and a beautiful smile.
You would like to have whiter teeth through tooth whitening and are unsure whether this will work with the tooth jewellery?

If you want to whiten your teeth, you should either use our ALPINE WHITE products or visit our Studio in Zurich Oerlikon for in-office whitening. We work with a peroxide-free bleaching gel that not only whitens your teeth but also cares for and protects them.
It is important to know that the tooth underneath the jewellery is not whitened.
